All quotations are based on the information, photographs, property condition and service requirements provided by the client. If the property, workload or condition materially differs from the information supplied, Nexalvia Elite International Ltd reserves the right to revise the quotation, apply additional charges, adjust the scope of work or decline additional work.
Clients must provide accurate information and safe, reasonable access to the property. Additional time, excessive waste, heavy soiling, additional rooms, items requiring removal, specialist cleaning or services not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.
Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our applicable booking and cancellation terms. Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice. Overdue amounts may be pursued in accordance with applicable law.
Nexalvia may take photographs or video before, during and after a service where reasonably necessary for condition records, quality control, health and safety, service verification or dispute evidence. Such material will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported promptly and supported with reasonable evidence so that Nexalvia has an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
